'Sudden' in the Bible

While they were enjoying themselves, all of a sudden, perverted men of the city surrounded the house and beat on the door. They said to the old man who was the owner of the house, “Bring out the man who came to your house so we can have sex with him!”

When disaster brings sudden death,He mocks the despair of the innocent.

Therefore snares surround you,and sudden dread terrifies you,

He made their days end in futility,their years in sudden disaster.

Don’t fear sudden dangeror the ruin of the wicked when it comes,

In the evening—sudden terror!Before morning—it is gone!This is the fate of those who plunder usand the lot of those who ravage us.

All of a sudden, when the whole crowd saw Him, they were amazed and ran to greet Him.

When they say, “Peace and security,” then sudden destruction comes on them, like labor pains come on a pregnant woman, and they will not escape.
