'Teaching' in the Bible

for teaching shrewdness to the inexperienced,knowledge and discretion to a young man—

Listen, my son, to your father’s instruction,and don’t reject your mother’s teaching,

My son, don’t forget my teaching,but let your heart keep my commands;

for I am giving you good instruction.Don’t abandon my teaching.

I am teaching you the way of wisdom;I am guiding you on straight paths.

My son, keep your father’s command,and don’t reject your mother’s teaching.

For a command is a lamp, teaching is a light,and corrective discipline is the way to life.
