'Temper' in the Bible

Whoso is short of temper doth folly, And a man of wicked devices is hated.

Whoso is slow to anger is of great understanding, And whoso is short in temper is exalting folly.

The quickly angered man stirs up contention, but anyone who controls his temper calms a dispute.

Patience is better than power,and controlling one’s temper, than capturing a city.

One acquainted with knowledge is sparing his words, And the cool of temper is a man of understanding.

A man who does not control his temperis like a city whose wall is broken down. >

A fool always loses his temper,But a wise man holds it back.
