'Thwarted' in the Bible

"I know that you can do all things; no purpose of yours can be thwarted;

Certainly none who rely on you will be humiliated. Those who deal in treachery will be thwarted and humiliated.

Devise your strategy, but it will be thwarted! Issue your orders, but they will not be executed! For God is with us!
