'Worry' in the Bible
And why do you worry about clothes? Consider the lilies in the field and how they grow. They don't work or spin yarn,
"So don't ever worry by saying, "What are we going to eat?' or "What are we going to drink?' or "What are we going to wear?'
So never worry about tomorrow, because tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own."
When they hand you over, don't worry about how you are to speak or what you are to say, because in that hour what you are to say will be given to you.
When they take you away and hand you over for trial, don't worry ahead of time about what you will say. Instead, say whatever is given to you at that time, because it won't be you speaking, but the Holy Spirit.

When people bring you before synagogue leaders, rulers, or authorities, don't worry about how you will defend yourselves or what you will say,
So if you can't do a small thing like that, why worry about other things?
Never worry about anything. Instead, in every situation let your petitions be made known to God through prayers and requests, with thanksgiving.
Throw all your worry on him, because he cares for you.
