'Build' in the Bible

along with kings and counselors of the earth, who used to build for themselves what are now only ruins,

“His troops come together,And build up their way against meAnd camp around my tent.

For he oppressed and abandoned the poor;he seized a house he did not build.

"A wretched crowd ambushes me to my right; they trip my feet; they build up their path of calamity for me.
