'Condemned' in the Bible
At that time Joshua made this solemn declaration: "The man who attempts to rebuild this city of Jericho will stand condemned before the Lord. He will lose his firstborn son when he lays its foundations and his youngest son when he erects its gates!"
Now you are condemned to perpetual servitude as woodcutters and water carriers for the house of my God."
But the Lord does not surrender the godly, or allow them to be condemned in a court of law.
Listen to the painful cries of the prisoners! Use your great strength to set free those condemned to die!

Then the officials and all the people rendered their verdict to the priests and the prophets. They said, "This man should not be condemned to die. For he has spoken to us under the authority of the Lord our God."
