'Creator' in the Bible

He blessed him and said:Abram is blessed by God Most High,Creator of heaven and earth,

But Abram said to the king of Sodom, “I have raised my hand in an oath to Yahweh, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth,

Is this how you repay the Lord,you foolish and senseless people?Isn’t He your Father and Creator?Didn’t He make you and sustain you?

So remember your Creator in the days of your youth:Before the days of adversity come,and the years approach when you will say,“I have no delight in them”;

When its branches dry out, they will be broken off.Women will come and make fires with them,for they are not a people with understanding.Therefore their Maker will not have compassion on them,and their Creator will not be gracious to them.

Do you not know?Have you not heard?Yahweh is the everlasting God,the Creator of the whole earth.He never grows faint or weary;there is no limit to His understanding.

I am Yahweh, your Holy One,the Creator of Israel, your King.

For this is what the Lord says—God is the Creator of the heavens.He formed the earth and made it.He established it;He did not create it to be empty,but formed it to be inhabited—“I am Yahweh,and there is no other.

They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served something created instead of the Creator, who is praised forever. Amen.

and have put on the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your Creator.

So those who suffer according to God’s will should, while doing what is good, entrust themselves to a faithful Creator.
