'Create' in the Bible
God, create a clean heart for meand renew a steadfast spirit within me.

Don’t all of us have one Father? Didn’t one God create us? Why then do we act treacherously against one another, profaning the covenant of our fathers?

These people create divisions and are unbelievers, not having the Spirit.
