'End' in the Bible

Let the evil of the wicked come to an end,but establish the righteous.The One who examines the thoughts and emotionsis a righteous God.

It rises from one end of the heavensand circles to their other end;nothing is hidden from its heat.

“Lord, reveal to me the end of my lifeand the number of my days.Let me know how short-lived I am.

How suddenly they become a desolation!They come to an end, swept away by terrors.

Has His faithful love ceased forever?Is His promise at an end for all generations?

He made their days end in futility,their years in sudden disaster.

You end their lives; they sleep.They are like grass that grows in the morning—

For all our days ebb away under Your wrath;we end our years like a sigh.

But You are the same,and Your years will never end.

His heart is assured; he will not fear.In the end he will look in triumph on his foes.

I am resolved to obey Your statutesto the very end.
