'Ends' in the Bible

When He thunders,the waters in the heavens are in turmoil,and He causes the clouds to risefrom the ends of the earth.He makes lightning for the rainand brings the wind from His storehouses.

Lord, my strength and my stronghold,my refuge in a time of distress,the nations will come to Youfrom the ends of the earth, and they will say,“Our fathers inherited only lies,worthless idols of no benefit at all.”

The tumult reaches to the ends of the earthbecause the Lord brings a case against the nations.He enters into judgment with all flesh.As for the wicked, He hands them over to the sword—this is the Lord’s declaration.

“This is what the Lord of Hosts says:Pay attention! Disaster spreadsfrom nation to nation.A great storm is stirred upfrom the ends of the earth.”

Yet, I will restore the fortunes of Moab in the last days.This is the Lord’s declaration.The judgment on Moab ends here.
