'Finally' in the Bible

Finally they brought the goats for the sin offering before the king and the assembly, and they placed their hands on them.

until his servants finally conspired against him and executed him in his own palace.

But they mocked God's messengers, despised his warnings, and ridiculed his prophets. Finally the Lord got very angry at his people and there was no one who could prevent his judgment.
