'Gray' in the Bible
But Jacob answered, “My son will not go down with you, for his brother is dead and he alone is left. If anything happens to him on your journey, you will bring my gray hairs down to Sheol in sorrow.”
If you also take this one from me and anything happens to him, you will bring my gray hairs down to Sheol in sorrow.’

Now you can see that the king is leading you. As for me, I’m old and gray, and my sons are here with you. I have led you from my youth until today.
Act according to your wisdom, and do not let his gray head descend to Sheol in peace.
So don’t let him go unpunished, for you are a wise man. You know how to deal with him to bring his gray head down to Sheol with blood.”

Gray hair is a glorious crown;it is found in the way of righteousness.
The glory of young men is their strength, and the splendor of old men is gray hair.
I will be the same until your old age,and I will bear you up when you turn gray.I have made you, and I will carry you;I will bear and save you.
Foreigners consume his strength, but he does not notice.Even his hair is streaked with gray, but he does not notice.
