'Joyful' in the Bible

The Lord's precepts are fair and make one joyful. The Lord's commands are pure and give insight for life.

Shout out praises to the Lord, all the earth! Break out in a joyful shout and sing!

Worship the Lord with joy! Enter his presence with joyful singing!

A joyful heart makes the face cheerful, but by a painful heart the spirit is broken.

In times of prosperity be joyful, but in times of adversity consider this: God has made one as well as the other, so that no one can discover what the future holds.
