'Meaning' in the Bible

The secret [of the wise counsel] of the Lord is for those who fear Him,And He will let them know His covenant and reveal to them [through His word] its [deep, inner] meaning.

The [reverent] fear of the Lord is the beginning (the prerequisite, the absolute essential, the alphabet) of wisdom;A good understanding and a teachable heart are possessed by all those who do the will of the Lord;His praise endures forever.

Help me understandthe meaning of Your preceptsso that I can meditate on Your wonders.

ה HeTeach me, Lord, the meaning of Your statutes,and I will always keep them.

The sum of Your word is truth [the full meaning of all Your precepts],And every one of Your righteous ordinances endures forever.
