'Men' in the Bible

Life was in Him,and that life was the light of men.

Then the woman left her water jar, went into town, and told the men,

“I do not accept glory from men,

Then Jesus said, “Have the people sit down.”There was plenty of grass in that place, so they sat down. The men numbered about 5,000.

When they heard this, they left one by one, starting with the older men. Only He was left, with the woman in the center.

Even in your law it is written that the witness of two men is valid.

For they loved praise from men more than praise from God.

I have revealed Your nameto the men You gave Me from the world.They were Yours, You gave them to Me,and they have kept Your word.

“I told you I am He,” Jesus replied. “So if you’re looking for Me, let these men go.”

“Men,” Jesus called to them, “you don’t have any fish, do you?”“No,” they answered.
