'Rouse' in the Bible

“Judah is a lion’s whelp;From the prey, my son, you have gone up.He couches, he lies down as a lion,And as a lion, who dares rouse him up?

“He couches, he lies down as a lion,And as a lion, who dares rouse him?Blessed is everyone who blesses you,And cursed is everyone who curses you.”

“Let those curse it who curse the day,Who are prepared to rouse Leviathan.

If you are pure and upright,Surely now He would rouse Himself for youAnd restore your righteous estate.

Rouse yourself! Rouse yourself! Arise, O Jerusalem,You who have drunk from the Lord’s hand the cup of His anger;The chalice of reeling you have drained to the dregs.
