'Splendid' in the Bible

All that He does is splendid and majestic;His righteousness endures forever.

against every ship of Tarshish,and against every splendid sea vessel.

to provide for those who mourn in Zion;to give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,festive oil instead of mourning,and splendid clothes instead of despair.And they will be called righteous trees,planted by the Lordto glorify Him.

Who is this coming from Edomin crimson-stained garments from Bozrah—this One who is splendid in His apparel,rising up proudly in His great might?It is I, proclaiming vindication,powerful to save.
