Then David said to his son Solomon, “Be strong and courageous, and do the work. Don’t be afraid or discouraged, for the Lord God, my God, is with you. He won’t leave you or forsake you until all the work for the service of the Lord’s house is finished.
When Solomon finished building the temple,
Otherwise, after he has laid the foundation and cannot finish it, all the onlookers will begin to make fun of him,
But endurance must do its complete work, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.
But You are the same,
and Your years will never end.

Hold firmly to the message of life. Then I can boast in the day of Christ that I didn’t run or labor for nothing.
