then thou shalt hear in the heavens, in the habitation of thy dwelling place, and forgive and do and give to each one according to his ways, whose heart thou knowest (for thou, even thou only, knowest the hearts of all the sons of men),

And thou, Solomon, my son, know thou the God of thy father and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing soul, for the LORD searches all hearts and understands all the imaginations of the thoughts. The thoughts of the wicked are an abomination to the LORD, but the speech of the pure is pure.

Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD weighs the hearts.
