James 2:12-13

Let your words and your acts be those of men who are to be judged by the law which makes free. For the man who has had no mercy will be judged without mercy, but mercy takes pride in overcoming judging.

And his lord was very angry, and put him in the hands of those who would give him punishment till he made payment of all the debt. So will my Father in heaven do to you, if you do not everyone, from your hearts, give forgiveness to his brother.

Luke 17:3-4

Give attention to yourselves: if your brother does wrong, say a sharp word to him; and if he has sorrow for his sin, let him have forgiveness. And if he does you wrong seven times in a day, and seven times comes to you and says, I have regret for what I have done; let him have forgiveness.
