And Jesus answered them: "Take heed that no one deceives you.
Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching.
Therefore we must pay more careful attention to what we have heard, lest we drift away from it.
"Take heed that you do not do your charitable deeds before men, to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.
"See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
Then he said to them, "Take heed what you hear. With the measure you use, it will be measured to you; and more will be given you.
But watch out for yourselves, for they will deliver you up to councils, and you will be beaten in the synagogues. You will be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony to them.
Take heed, watch; for you do not know when the time will come.
Therefore take heed how you hear. For whoever has, to him more will be given; and whoever does not have, even what he thinks he has will be taken from him."
Therefore be careful that the light in you is not darkness.
And he said to them, "Take heed, and beware of all covetousness; for a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions."
And he said: "Take heed that you not are deceived. For many will come in my name, saying, 'I am he,' and, 'The time is near.' Do not go after them.
According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it.
Say to Archippus, "See to the ministry which you have received in the Lord, that you may fulfill it."
Take heed to yourself and to your teaching; persevere in them, for if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers.
And we have the prophetic word made more sure, and you will do well to pay attention to this as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star rises in your hearts.
Take heed to yourselves; if your brother sins, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him.
Take care, brethren, lest there be in any one of you an evil, unbelieving heart, leading you to fall away from the living God.
Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what you have worked for, but that you may receive a full reward.
