Ye are gone quite from Christ as many as are justified by the law, and are fallen from grace.
For they were all minded to make us afraid and thought, "They shall withdraw their hands from the work, that they shall not labour." Howbeit I strengthened my hand the more.
every man's work shall appear. For the day shall declare it, and it shall be showed in fire, and the fire shall try every man's work what it is.
Again they went about to take him, but he escaped out of their hands,
Whom then shall such one teach knowledge? And whom shall he make to understand the thing that he heareth? For they are as ignorant as young children, which are weeded from suck or taken from the breasts.
Preach I man's doctrine or God's? Other go I about to please men? If I studied to please men, I were not the servant of Christ.

This he said to prove him. For he himself knew what he would do.

The way of God is an undefiled way; the word of the LORD also is tried in the fire. He is the defender of all them that put their trust in him. {TYNDALE: The way of God is undefiled, and the word of the LORD fined as gold, and he a shield to all that trust in him.}
Thou hast proved and visited mine heart in the night season; thou hast tried me, and shalt find no wickedness in me, for I am utterly purposed that my mouth shall not offend.
until the time that his word came, and until the word of the LORD had tried him.
But and if thou take a wife, thou sinnest not. Likewise if a virgin marry, she sinneth not. Nevertheless such shall have trouble in their flesh: but I saver you.
