1 Peter 1:2

Greeting

¹ Peter, an apostle of Jesus Christ, to the chosen ones who are temporary residents scattered in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia, and Bithynia. ² according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, by the sanctifying work of the Spirit, to obey Jesus Christ and be sprinkled with His blood: May grace and peace be yours in the fullest measure. ³ Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! According to his great mercy he gave us a new birth to a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.

Romans 11:2

2 Thessalonians 2:13

Unless Jehovah shortened the days no flesh would be saved. For the sake of his chosen anointed he will shorten the days.

There will arise false Christs and false prophets. They show signs and wonders that will mislead many, even the anointed.

He will send the angels to gather together his anointed from the four winds, from one end of the earth to the other end of heaven.
