Nor of men sought we glory, neither of you, nor yet of others, when we might have been burdensome, as the apostles of Christ.
And he displayed the riches of his royal glory and the splendor of his great majesty for many days, 180 days.

For am I now
seeking the favor of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.
Let us not become
boastful, challenging one another, envying one another.
For those who
are circumcised do not even keep the Law themselves, but they desire to have you circumcised so that they may boast in your flesh.
