Our fathers had the tabernacle of witness in the wilderness, as he had appointed, speaking unto Moses, that he should make it according to the fashion that he had seen.
This is the number of the things for the tabernacle, the tabernacle of the testimony, as they were numbered according to the command of Moses, for the service of the Levites, by the hand of Ithamar the son of Aaron the priest.
But you shall
appoint the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony, and over all its furnishings and over all that belongs to it. They shall carry the tabernacle and all its furnishings, and they shall take care of it; they shall also camp around the tabernacle.
the day that the tabernacle was erected the cloud covered the tabernacle, the tent of the testimony, and in the evening it was like the appearance of fire over the tabernacle, until morning.
the second year, in the second month, on the twentieth of the month, the cloud was lifted from over the tabernacle of the testimony;
So Moses deposited the rods before the Lord in
the tent of the testimony.
But bring with you also your brothers, the tribe of Levi, the tribe of your father, that they may be
joined with you and serve you, while you and your sons with you are before the tent of the testimony.
Then the whole congregation of the sons of Israel assembled themselves at
Shiloh, and set up the tent of meeting there; and the land was subdued before them.
2 Chronicles 24:6
So the king summoned Jehoiada the chief priest and said to him, “Why have you not required the Levites to bring in from Judah and from Jerusalem
the levy fixed by Moses the servant of the Lord on the congregation of Israel for the tent of the testimony?”
See that you make them after the pattern for them, which was shown to you on the mountain.
Then you shall erect the tabernacle
according to its plan which you have been shown in the mountain.
1 Chronicles 28:11
Then David gave to his son Solomon
the plan of the porch of the temple, its buildings, its storehouses, its upper rooms, its inner rooms and the room for the mercy seat;
minister in the sanctuary and in the true tabernacle, which the Lord pitched, not man.
