God Judges The King For His Hubris

²⁹ So after twelve months, the king walked up and down in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon, ³⁰ and said, "This is the great city of Babylon, which I myself, with my power and strength, have made a king's court, for the honour of my majesty." ³¹ While these words were yet in the king's mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, "O king Nebuchadnezzar, to thee be it spoken, 'Thy kingdom is departed from thee.
