²⁵ At that time Darius the king wrote all peoples, nations and tongues, that are dwelling in all the earth, Your peace shall be great. ²⁶ From before me a decree was set forth that in every dominion of my kingdom to be trembling and fearing from before the God of Daniel: for he is the living God, and standing forever, and his kingdom that shall not be destroyed, and his dominion even to the end. ²⁷ Setting free and delivering, and working signs and wonders in the heavens and upon the earth, that set free to Daniel from the hand of the lions.
