The Immanuel Prophecy

¹² But Ahaz answered, "I will not ask, neither will tempt the LORD." ¹³ Wherefore the LORD said, "Hearken, ye of the house of David: Is it so small a thing for you, to be grievous to men, but that ye should also be painful unto God? ¹⁴ Neverthelater, yet the Lord, he will give you a sign. Behold: a virgin shall be with child, and shall bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.
