                                    1 Dominion and dread, are with him, who causeth prosperity among his lofty ones;                                

                                    1 Then answered Bildad the Shuhite, and said,

                                    2 Is there any number to his troops? And upon whom ariseth not his light?                                

                                    2 Dominion and fear are with him, he maketh peace in his high places.                                

                                    2 “(A)Dominion and awe (b)belong to HimWho establishes peace in (B)His heights.                                

                                    2 Dominion and dread(A) belong to Him,the One who establishes harmony in the heavens.(a)                                

                                    2 "Dominion and fear belong to God; who fashions peace in his high heaven.

                                    3 How then shall, a mortal, be just with GOD? Or how shall he be pure who is born of a woman?                                

                                    3 Is there any number of his armies? and upon whom doth not his light arise?                                

                                    3 “Is there any number to (C)His troops?And upon whom does His light not rise?                                

                                    3 Can His troops be numbered?Does His light not shine on everyone?                                

                                    3 Is there any limit to his armies? On whom does his light not shine?

                                    4 Look as far as the moon, and it is not clear, and, the stars, are not bright in his eyes!                                

                                    4 How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman?                                

                                    4 “How then can a man be (D)just with God?Or how can he be (E)clean who is born of woman?                                

                                    4 How can a person be justified before God?(B)How can one born of woman be pure?(C)                                

                                    4 How can a human being become right with God? How can a human being be pure?

                                    5 How much less a mortal who is a creeping thing? Or a son of the earth-born who is a worm?                                

                                    5 Behold even to the moon, and it shineth not; yea, the stars are not pure in his sight.                                

                                    5 “If even (F)the moon has no brightnessAnd the (G)stars are not pure in His sight,                                

                                    5 If even the moon does not shineand the stars are not pure in His sight,(D)                                

                                    5 Behold, even the moon isn't bright, and the stars aren't pure in his eyes.
