The Prologue To John's Gospel

³ All things, through him, came into existence, and, without him, came into existence, not even one thing: that which hath come into existence, ⁴ in him, was, life, and, the life, was, the light of men. - ⁵ And, the light, in the darkness, shineth; and, the darkness, thereof, laid not hold.

In Him Was Life

John 5:26

For, just as, the Father, hath life, in himself, in like manner, unto the Son also, hath he given, life, to have, in himself;

John 8:12

Again, therefore, unto them, spake Jesus, saying - I, am the light of the world: He that followeth me, shall in nowise walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

Jesus said unto her - I, am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth on me, even though he die, shall live again!
