Praise To Yahweh For His Work On Behalf Of Israel

²⁵ He changed their minds so that they hated his people, and they dealt treacherously with his servants. ²⁶ He sent Moses His servant,
And Aaron, whom He had chosen.
²⁷ They displayed his miraculous signs among them and did amazing things in the land of Ham.

Then fasten them on the shoulder straps of the ephod as reminders of who the Israelites are. In this way Aaron will carry their names on his shoulders as a reminder in Jehovah's presence.

Exodus 28:29-38

When Aaron goes into the holy place, he will carry the names of the sons of Israel over his heart as a continual reminder in Jehovah's presence. He must do this by wearing the breast piece for decision-making.

Exodus 29:5-46

Aaron should dress in the priestly shirt and robe under the sacred vest. Put on the vest, the breast piece, and the sash.

Leviticus 8:7-36

He clothed Aaron with the embroidered tunic and tied the sash around him. He also dressed him in the linen robe that is worn with the ephod. He fastened the ephod to it.

Numbers 16:5-11

Then he said to Korah and all his followers: In the morning Jehovah will show who belongs to him, who is holy. He will have that person come near him. Only the person Jehovah chooses will be allowed to come near him.

Numbers 16:40

He followed Jehovah's command given through Moses. The copper-covered altar will remind Israel that no one but a descendant of Aaron may come near to burn incense to Jehovah. Everyone else will die like Korah and his followers.

Numbers 16:47-48

Aaron took his incense burner, as Moses told him. He ran into the middle of the assembly, because the plague had already begun among the people. He put incense on the incense burner to make peace with Jehovah for the people.

Numbers 17:5-8

The staff from the man I choose will begin to grow. In this way I will silence the frequent complaints the Israelites make against you and Aaron.

Joshua 24:5

Later I sent Moses and Aaron, and I brought great trouble on Egypt. I led you out.

1 Samuel 12:6

Samuel continued: Jehovah chose Moses and Aaron and brought your ancestors out of Egypt.

You led your people like a flock, by the hand of Moses and Aaron.
