Psalm 132:14

David And Zion Chosen

¹³ For Yahweh has chosen Zion; he has desired it for his habitation. ¹⁴ "This [is] my resting place forever; here I will dwell, for I have desired it. ¹⁵ I will bless its provisions abundantly; I will satisfy its poor with bread.

Live Forever

Says the Lord

Psalm 132:8

Arise, O Yahweh, to your resting place, you and your mighty ark.

1 Kings 8:13

I have certainly built a lofty house for you, a place for you to live forever."

1 Kings 8:27

For will God really dwell on the earth? Behold, the heavens and the heaven of heavens could not contain you! {How could} this house that I have built?

Psalm 68:16

Why do you look with hostility, O many-peaked mountains? This mountain God desires for his dwelling. Yes, Yahweh will abide [in it] forever.

His den has been in Salem, his lair in Zion.
