The Witness Of Creation And Scripture
1 The heavens, are telling the glory of GOD, And, the work of his hands, the expanse is declaring;
1 {To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.} The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.

3 There is no speech, and there are no words, - Unheard is their voice!
3 There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard.

4 Yet through all the earth, hath gone forth their voice, - and, to the end of the world, their sayings, - For the sun, hath he set up a tent therein;
4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun,

4 yet their message goes out into all the world, and their words to the ends of the earth. He has set up a tent for the sun in the heavens,
5 And, he, is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, he rejoiceth as a hero to run a race:
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race.
5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber;It rejoices as a strong man to run his course.
5 It is like a groom coming from the(e) bridal chamber;it rejoices like an athlete running a course.

6 From one end of the heavens, is his going forth, and, his circuit, to the other end thereof - and, nothing, is hid from his glowing heat.
6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof.
6 Its (G)rising is from (b)one end of the heavens,And its circuit to the (c)other end of them;And there is nothing hidden from its heat.
6 It rises from one end of the heavensand circles(f) to their other end;(D)nothing is hidden from its heat.
6 Its circuit is from one end of the sky to the other, and nothing is hidden from its heat.
7 The, law of Yahweh, is complete, Bringing back the soul, The, testimony of Yahweh, is confirmed, Making wise the simple;
7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

8 The precepts of Yahweh, are right, Rejoicing the heart, The, commandment of Yahweh, is pure, Enlightening the eyes;

9 The, reverence of Yahweh, is clean, Enduring evermore, - The, decisions of Yahweh, are faithful, They are righteous, altogether:
9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.
9 The fear of the Lord is clean, enduring forever;The judgments of the Lord are (Q)true; they are (R)righteous altogether.
9 The fear of the Lord is pure,enduring forever;(I)the ordinances of the Lord are reliableand altogether righteous.(J)

10 More desirable, than gold, yea than much fine gold, Sweeter, also than honey, or than droppings from the comb.

13 Even from the presumptuous, keep back thy servant, May they not have dominion over me, Then, shall I be blameless, and shall be acquitted from great transgression:
13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.

13 Moreover, keep Your servant from willful sins;(O)do not let them rule over me.(P)Then I will be innocentand cleansed from blatant rebellion.(Q)
13 Preserve your servant from arrogant people; do not let them rule over me. Then I will be upright and acquitted of great wickedness.
14 The words of my mouth, and the soft utterance of my heart, shall come with acceptance, before thee, O Yahweh, my Rock and my Redeemer!
14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
