4 You will (H)pull me out of the net which they have secretly laid for me,For You are my (I)strength.

4 Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for thou art my strength.

4 You will free me from the netthat is secretly set for me,for You are my refuge.(E)

5 Into Your hand I entrust my spirit;(F)You redeem(a) me, Lord, God of truth.(G)

5 Into your hands I commit my spirit; for you have redeemed me, LORD God of truth.

6 I am full of hate for those who go after false gods; but my hope is in the Lord.

6 I hate those who (M)regard (d)vain idols,But I (N)trust in the Lord.

6 I have hated them that regard lying vanities: but I trust in the LORD.

6 I(b) hate those who are devoted to worthless idols,but I trust in the Lord.(H)

6 I despise those who trust vain idols; but I have trusted in the LORD.

7 I will be glad and have delight in your mercy; because you have seen my trouble; you have had pity on my soul in its sorrows;

7 I will (O)rejoice and be glad in Your lovingkindness,Because You have (P)seen my affliction;You have known the troubles of my soul,

7 I will be glad and rejoice in thy mercy: for thou hast considered my trouble; thou hast known my soul in adversities;

7 I will rejoice and be glad in Your faithful lovebecause You have seen my affliction.You have known the troubles of my life(I)

7 I will rejoice and be glad in your gracious love, for you see my affliction and take note that my soul is distressed.

9 Be gracious to me, LORD, for I am in distress. My eyes have been consumed by my grief along with my soul and my body.

10 My life goes on in sorrow, and my years in weeping; my strength is almost gone because of my sin, and my bones are wasted away.

10 For my life is spent with (U)sorrowAnd my years with sighing;My (V)strength has failed because of my iniquity,And (W)my (e)body has wasted away.

11 Because of all those who are against me, I have become a word of shame to my neighbours; a cause of shaking the head and a fear to my friends: those who saw me in the street went in flight from me.

11 Because of all my adversaries, I have become a (X)reproach,Especially to my (Y)neighbors,And an object of dread to my acquaintances;Those who see me in the street flee from me.

16 May your face shine on your servant; in your gracious love, deliver me.

17 Let me not be shamed, O Lord, for I have made my prayer to you; let the sinners be shamed, and let their mouths be shut in the underworld.

17 Let me not be (AJ)put to shame, O Lord, for I call upon You;Let the (AK)wicked be put to shame, let them (AL)be silent in (g)Sheol.

19 O how great is your grace, which you have put in store for your worshippers, and which you have made clear to those who had faith in you, before the sons of men!

19 How great is Your (AO)goodness,Which You have stored up for those who fear You,Which You have wrought for those who (AP)take refuge in You,(AQ)Before the sons of men!

19 Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men!

19 How great is your goodness that you have reserved for those who fear you, that you have set in place for those who take refuge in you, in the presence of the children of men.

20 You will keep them safe in your house from the designs of man; in the secret of your tent will you keep them from angry tongues.

20 You hide them in the (AR)secret place of Your presence from the (AS)conspiracies of man;You keep them secretly in a (h)shelter from the (AT)strife of tongues.

20 Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.

20 You hide them in the protection of Your presence;You conceal them in a shelter(g)from the schemes of men,from quarrelsome tongues.(AC)

20 You will hide them in the secret place of your presence, away from the conspiracies of men. You will hide them in your tent, away from their contentious tongues.

22 And as for me, I said in my fear, I am cut off from before your eyes; but you gave ear to the voice of my prayer, when my cry went up to you.

22 As for me, (AX)I said in my alarm,“I am (AY)cut off from before Your eyes”;Nevertheless You (AZ)heard the voice of my supplicationsWhen I cried to You.

22 For I said in my haste, I am cut off from before thine eyes: nevertheless thou heardest the voice of my supplications when I cried unto thee.
