1 I cry out to God! I cry out to God and he hears me.
2 In my time of trouble I sought the Lord. I kept my hand raised in prayer throughout the night. I refused to be comforted.
2 In the (B)day of my trouble I sought the Lord;(C)In the night my (D)hand was stretched out (b)without weariness;My soul (E)refused to be comforted.
2 In the day of my trouble I sought the Lord: my sore ran in the night, and ceased not: my soul refused to be comforted.

2 When I was in distress, I sought the Lord; my hands were raised at night and they did not grow weary. I refused to be comforted.
3 I said, "I will remember God while I groan; I will think about him while my strength leaves me." (Selah)
