the Philistine ､
וַיִּקַּ֣ח
way·yiq·qaḥ
and took
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
､ חַ֠רְבּוֹ
ḥar·bōw
וַֽיִּשְׁלְפָ֤הּ
way·yiš·lə·p̄āh
and drew it
מִתַּעְרָהּ֙
mit·ta‘·rāh
וַיְמֹ֣תְתֵ֔הוּ
way·mō·ṯə·ṯê·hū,
וַיִּכְרָת־
way·yiḵ·rāṯ-
and cut off
בָּ֖הּ
bāh
with it
אֶת־
’eṯ-
-
רֹאשׁ֑וֹ
rō·šōw;
וַיִּרְא֧וּ
way·yir·’ū
and when saw
הַפְּלִשְׁתִּ֛ים
hap·pə·liš·tîm
כִּֽי־
kî-
､ מֵ֥ת
mêṯ
was dead ､
גִּבּוֹרָ֖ם
