'Judah and Jerusalem' in the Bible

And Jehoshaphat will stand in the convocation of Judah and Jerusalem, in the house of Jehovah before the new enclosure.

Not to you to war in this: set yourselves, stand ye, and see the salvation of Jehovah with you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Ye shall not fear, and ye shall not be terrified; to-morrow go ye forth before them, and Jehovah with you.

And at the return of the year king Nebuchadnezzar sent and he will bring him to Babel, with the vessels of desire of the house of Jehovah, and he will make Zedekiah his brother king over Judah and Jerusalem.
