And he brought the people's offering. And he took the he-goat, the sin offering for the people, and killed it and offered it for sin as the first.

And he shall take the two he-goats and present them before Jehovah at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.

And Aaron shall cast lots on the two he-goats; one lot for Jehovah and the other lot for a complete removal.

Then you shall sacrifice one he-goat for a sin offering, and two lambs of the first year for a sacrifice of peace offerings.
