And He was in the wilderness forty days tempted by Satan; and He was with the wild beasts; and the angels were ministering to Him.

And, having called them to Him, He said to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?

And, if Satan did arise against himself, and was divided, he cannot stand, but has an end.

And these are those by the wayside, where the word is sown; and, when they hear, straightway Satan comes, and catches away the word which has been sown in them.

But He, turning about, and seeing the disciples, rebuked Peter, and saith, "Get behind Me, Satan; because you are not minding the things of God, but the things of men."
