A single witness may not testify against another person for any trespass or sin that he commits. A matter may be legally established only on the testimony of two or three witnesses.

If an unrighteous witness rise up against a man to accuse him of trespass:

If a man have committed a trespass worthy of death and is put to death for it and hanged on tree:

And if the trespasser be worthy of stripes, then let the judge cause to take him down and to beat him before his face according to his trespass, unto a certain number.
