And be like men who are waiting for their Master's return from his wedding, so that, when he comes and knocks, they may open the door for him at once.

"The Kingdom of Heaven," he said, "may be compared to a king who gave a banquet in honor of his son's wedding.

But, when the king went in to see his guests, he noticed there a man who had not put on a wedding-robe.

So he said to him 'My friend, how is it that you came in here without a wedding-robe?' The man was speechless.

"When you are invited by any one to a wedding banquet, do not seat yourself in the best place, for fear that some one of higher rank should have been invited by your host;

Two days after this there was a wedding at Cana in Galilee, and Jesus' mother was there.

Jesus himself, too, with his disciples, was invited to the wedding.
