Upon this complaint, I thought thus by myself: Is not Ephraim my dear son? Is he not the child, with whom I have had all mirth and pastime? For since the time that I first communed with him, I have him ever in remembrance: therefore my very heart driveth me unto him; gladly and lovingly will I have mercy upon him, sayeth the LORD.

And he welcomed them courteously saying, "Is your father, that old man which ye told me of, in good health? And is he yet alive?" They answered, "Thy servant our father is in good health, and is yet alive. And they bowed themselves and fell to the ground." read more.
