And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, descending from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. And I heard a great voice out of heaven, saying, Behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be his people, and God himself, even their God, will be with them. read more.
And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there shall be death no more, nor sorrow, nor crying, nor any more pain: for the former things are passed away. And He that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And He said to me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

Tell me, you that are so desirous to be under the law, do ye not hear the law? where it is written, that Abraham had two sons, one by a servant, and one by a free-woman? But he who was of the servant, was born according to the course of nature; whereas the son of the free-woman was by virtue of the promise. read more.
Which things are figurative; for these persons are emblems of the two covenants, the one from mount Sinai, bringing forth children unto bondage, which is Hagar: for this name Hagar, a rock, is expressive of mount Sinai in Arabia, and answereth to the present Jerusalem, which is in bondage with her children.
