For if any one thinketh that he is something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every one try his own work, and then he will have matter of glorying in himself alone, and not in another.
But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like a man beholding his natural face in a mirror, who beheld himself, and went away, and immediately forgot what manner of man he was. read more.
