And he will go before Him in the spirit and power of Elijah, to turn the hearts of the fathers to their children, and the disobedient to walk in the wisdom of the righteous, to make ready for the Lord a people prepared.

as it has been written in the book of the words of Isaiah the prophet, "The voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'Prepare ye the way of the Lord; make straight His paths. Every valley shall be filled, and every mountain and hill shall be brought low; and the crooked shall become straight, and the rough ways smooth; and all flesh shall see the salvation of God.'"
As it has been written in Isaiah the prophet, "Behold, I send My messenger before Thy face, who shall prepare Thy way; the voice of one crying in the wilderness, 'Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make His paths straight.'"
