And Philip found Nathaniel, and said unto him, "We have found him of whom Moses, in the law and the prophets, did write: Jesus, the son of Joseph of Nazareth." And Nathanael said unto him, "Can there any good thing come out of Nazareth?" Philip said to him, "Come and see." Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him, and said of him, "Behold a right Israelite, in whom is no guile." Nathanael said unto him, "From where knowest thou me?" Jesus answered, and said unto him, "Before that Philip called thee, when thou wast under the fig tree, I saw thee." Nathanael answered and said unto him, "Rabbi, thou art the son of God; Thou art the King of Israel." Jesus answered and said unto him, "Because I said unto thee, I saw thee under the fig tree, thou believest? Thou shalt see greater things than these." And he said unto him, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see heaven open, and the angels of God ascending, and descending over the son of man."

There is another that beareth witness of me. And I am sure that the witness which he beareth of me is true. Ye sent unto John, and he bare witness unto the truth:
And many resorted unto him, and said, "John did no miracle: But all things that John spake of this man are true."
