Then Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger, and he that believeth on me shall never thirst. But I have told you, so that ye have seen me, and yet ye do not believe. All that the Father giveth me, will come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will not cast out. read more.

Philip saith unto Him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long with you, and dost thou not know me? Philip, he that hath seen me, hath seen the Father: and how then dost thou say, Shew us the Father? Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence towards God: and whatsoever we ask, we receive from Him, because we keep his commandments, and do the things that are pleasing in his sight. And he, that keepeth his commandments, abideth in Him, and He in him: and hereby we know that He abideth in us, even by the Spirit which He hath given us.

For if He was crucified as from weakness, yet He now liveth by the power of God: for we also are weak in Him, but shall live with Him by the power of God manifested to you. But the comforter, that is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you; not as the world giveth, do I give unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. Ye have heard, how I said unto you, "I am going away, and I shall come again to you." If ye loved me, ye would rejoice that I said, I am going to the Father: for my Father is greater than I. And now I have told you before it come to pass, that when it cometh to pass ye may believe. I shall not have much more conversation with you: for the prince of this world is coming; not that he hath any thing in me, but that the world may know that I love the Father, and that I do as the Father hath commanded me.
