Why have ye not eaten the sin-offering in the place of the sanctuary, seeing it is most holy, and he has given it to you to bear the iniquity of the congregation, to make atonement for them before LORD?
Speak ye to all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth [day] of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers' houses, a lamb for a household.
And ye shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month, and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it at evening.
Seven days there shall be no leaven found in your houses, for whoever eats that which is leavened, that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of Israel, whether he be a sojourner, or one who is born in the land.
And they took their journey from Elim. And all the congregation of the sons of Israel came to the wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after their departing out of the land of And the whole congregation of the sons of Israel murmured against Moses and against Aaron in the wilderness.
And Moses said to Aaron, Say to all the congregation of the sons of Israel, Come near before LORD, for he has heard your murmurings. And it came to pass, that on the sixth day they gathered twice as much bread, two omers for each one. And all the rulers of the congregation came and told Moses.
And if the whole congregation of Israel err, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done any of the things which LORD has commanded not to be done, and are guilty,
And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands upon the head of the bullock before LORD, and the bullock shall be killed before LORD.
Bring forth him who has cursed outside the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands upon his head, and let all the congregation stone him.

if the anointed priest shall sin so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer for his sin, which he has sinned, a young bullock without blemish to LORD for a sin-offering. And he shall bring the bullock to the door of the tent of meeting before LORD. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the bullock, and kill the bullock before LORD. And the anointed priest shall take of the blood of the bullock, and bring it to the tent of meeting. read more.
And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before LORD, before the veil of the sanctuary. And the priest shall put of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before LORD, which is in the tent of meeting, and all the blood of the bullock he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt-offering, which i And all the fat of the bullock of the sin-offering he shall take off from it. And if any soul of the common people sin unwittingly, in doing any of the things which LORD has commanded not to be done, and be guilty, if his sin, which he has sinned, be made known to him, then he shall bring for his oblation a goat, a female without blemish, for his sin which he has sinned. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin-offering, and kill the sin-offering in the place of burnt-offering. And the priest shall take of the blood of it with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt-offering, and all the blood of it he shall pour out at the base of the altar. And all the fat of it he shall take away, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace-offerings, and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savor to LORD. And the priest shall make atonement for him, and h And if he brings a lamb as his oblation for a sin-offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish. And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin-offering, and kill it for a sin-offering in the place where they kill the burnt-offering. Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, This is the law of the sin-offering: In the place where the burnt-offering is killed the sin-offering shall be killed before LORD. It is most holy.
