Living waters » Waters coming forth from the rock
Moses and Aaron assembled the congregation in front of the rock and said to them: Listen, you rebels, must we bring water out of this rock for you? Moses raised his hand and hit the rock twice with the staff. Water came pouring out! All the people and their animals drank.
Behold! I will stand before you there upon the rock in Horeb. Strike the rock and water will come out of it. Then the people may drink. Moses did this in the sight of the elders of Israel.
You are Jehovah, the true God, who took Abram and made him yours, guiding him from Ur of the Chaldees, and gave him the name of Abraham; You saw that his heart was true to you, and made an agreement with him to give the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite and the Perizzite and the Jebusite and the Girgashite, even to give it to his seed, and you have done what you said; for righteousness is yours. You did signs and wonders on Pharaoh and all his servants and all the people of his land. You saw how cruel they were to them. So you made a name for yourself as it is today. You parted the sea before them, so that they went through the sea on dry land; and those who went after them went down into the deep, like a stone into great waters. And you went before them by day in a pillar of cloud and in a pillar of fire by night, to give them light on the way they were to go. You came down on Mount Sinai, and your voice came to them from heaven, giving them right decisions and true laws, good rules and orders. They received word of your holy Sabbath from you. You gave them orders and rules and a law, by the hand of Moses your servant. They received bread from heaven when they were in need, and you made water come out of the rock for their drink, and gave them orders to go in and take for their heritage the land that your hand give them.

You will put to shame all that forsake you, O Jehovah, the hope of Israel. Those who turn away on earth will be written down, for they have forsaken Jehovah, the fountain of living water.

Be horrified over this, heaven. Be terribly afraid, declares Jehovah. My people have done two things wrong: (l) They have abandoned me, the fountain (source) of living waters. They have dug their own cisterns, broken cisterns that cannot hold water. (Revelation 4:11)

A fountain for sin and for uncleanness will be opened for the house of David.
He showed me a pure river of water of life. It was clear as crystal and flowed out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
It will happen! Living waters will go out from Jerusalem: half of them toward the eastern sea, and half of them toward the western sea. It will be both in the summer and in the winter.
It will happen in that day that the mountains will drop sweet wine, and the hills will flow with milk. All the brooks of Judah will flow with water. A fountain will come forth from the house of Jehovah and water the valley of Shittim.
The man took me back to the door of the Temple. I saw water flowing from under the entrance of the Temple toward the east. The Temple faced east. When the water flows into the Dead Sea, it will replace the salt water there with fresh water. Wherever the river flows, there will be many fish and animals. The river will make the water in the Dead Sea fresh. Wherever the river flows, it will bring life. From En Gedi to En Eglaim people will be standing on the shore of the sea with their fishing nets spread out. As many kinds of fish will be there as there are in the Mediterranean Sea. But the water in the swamps and marshes will not become fresh. It will remain salty. All kinds of fruit trees will grow on both sides of the river. Their leaves will not wither, and they will not fail to produce fruit. Each month they will produce fresh fruit because this water flows from the Holy Place. The fruit will be good food, and the leaves will be used for healing.

The Spirit and the bride say: Come And let him who hears say: Come. And let him who is thirsty come. And whoever will, let him drink the water of life freely.
Listen, O Jacob, my servant, Listen Israel, whom I have chosen. This is what Jehovah says, the one who made you, who formed you in the womb, and who will help you: 'Do not be afraid, O Jacob, my servant, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen. I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground. I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring. I will give blessing to your descendants.
In that day you will say: I will praise you, O Jehovah. Although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away and you have comforted me. Truly God is my salvation! I will trust and not be afraid. Jehovah... Jehovah is my strength and my song! He has become my salvation. With joy (gladness) you will draw water from the wells of salvation.
Living waters » What is a fountain of life
Respect for Jehovah is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
Understanding is a wellspring of life to the man who has it. But the instruction of fools is folly.
The law of the wise is a fountain of life to depart from the snares of death.
The mouth of a righteous man is a fountain of life. Aggression comes from the mouth of the wicked.
Living waters » Jesus Christ leading people to living fountains of water
The Lamb who is in the middle of the throne will feed them and lead them to living fountains of water. God will wipe away all tears from their eyes.
Come, all you who are thirsty, come to the water. You, who have no money, come, buy and eat! Come, buy wine and milk without money and without cost. Why spend money on what is not bread, and your labor on what does not satisfy? Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest of fare. Give ear and come to me; listen to me, that you may live. I will make an everlasting covenant with you, my faithful love promised to David.
Living waters » Who will be like a watered garden
and if you give yourself to the hungry and satisfy the desire of the afflicted, then your light will rise in darkness and your gloom will be like midday. Jehovah will continually guide you. He will satisfy your desire in scorched places and give strength to your bones. You will be like a watered garden and like a spring of water whose waters do not fail.
Living waters » Who shall have rivers of living water flowing out of them
On the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and shouted in a loud voice: If any man thirst let him come to me and drink. Rivers of living water will flow from the innermost being of the man who believes in me. This is according to the scriptures.
